Hello! My name is Mrs. Chavez. I am Solorio's School Counselor. I focus on all students and every student as a WHOLE. This includes Social-Emotional, Academics, Attendance, and College and Career. I am also in charge of the Wellness Center.

Career Background

I went to Citrus College in Glendora and graduated in 2016 with 6 associate degrees. I transferred to CalState Los Angeles and graduated two years later with my bachelor's in Sociology. In 2019, I pursued my Master's Degree in Educational Counseling at University of La Verne. Graduating in 2022.

This is my first year as a school counselor. I was previously a Student Services Assistant here at C.L Solorio for 2 yrs.
